Clothing & Apparel
In the event that you are not satisfied with an apparel item (such as hats, clothing and other accessories etc), you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund should the item be unused and unworn. Items cannot be returned after 7 days. Keep in mind that some sales are final please make sure you refer to each individual product description.
MightyBot does not cover the shipping costs for return items. Also, no restocking fees apply to smaller items that are returned.
Larger products like tvs, gaming systems, laptops can be returned within 100 days of the original purchase date. We do not issue refunds for products in which the seal is broken or the product used in any way. Refunds will not be issued for sealed items 100 days after the purchase date.
Also keep in mind that some products may come with their own manufacturing repair information.
The customer is in charge of shipping fees and applicable warehouse restocking fees. If the customer isn't satisfied with the product within 5 days the item can be returned with no restocking fee. Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash. We will also need a valid I.D, to process the refund.
All check purchases will be refunded 15 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our New York Office.
New York residents pay 8.825% sales tax, No tax applies for other states or countries.
